4. Returns and complaints

4.1 How can I contact you for product assistance?
If you have any doubts or need assistance regarding the products purchased, contact us
Customer Service by writing to customercar@inventadesign.it. If you want a
telephone contact, specify it in the email by entering your contacts: we will call you back

4.2 How can I make a return or replacement and when?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can decide to return one or more items. If you have
changed your mind about an item or want to replace it with a different one (if available at

4.3 How is the refund made?
Returning one or more products will result in a full refund of the cost of the item(s),
excluding shipping costs to our warehouse. Only in the case of a defective product or
