What are the payment methods available?

If paying by credit card, we recommend that you have the code ready.

with bank transfer, you will receive all the information in a specific email, in which you
you will be asked to send a copy of the payment slip to
customercare@inventadesign.it. *To use the payment method with bank transfer
bank, you must already be registered on our site or proceed with the purchase as "New

2.1.5 How can I request an invoice?
To request an invoice for your order, select the "I want an invoice" box found in the
data entry page, before payment. Fill in the appropriate field by entering yours
tax code or VAT number or SdI and/or your PEC address and then proceed to select the
terms of payment. Remember that you will not be able to request an invoice once
made the payment and completed the order. The invoice will be sent to you by email after
the delivery of the order.
2.1.6 Where can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, go to your Account page at the top right.

your orders and monitor the processing phase of those in progress. We will notify you of the
delivery of the order 24/48h before it is made, with a communication to the address
email address indicated at the time of purchase.
2.2 Coupons and Gift Cards
2.2.1 How can I use a discount coupon?
The discount coupon is a unique code that can be used only once, on a single
order. To enter the code and get the discount, you must already be registered on our site
or proceed to purchase as a “New Customer”. Checkout without registering,
in fact, it will not allow you to use your coupon. Also remember that coupons are not
neither cumulative nor usable in combination with a PROMO.
2.2.2 How long is a coupon valid for?
Coupons may be subject to date and/or product category and/or minimum restrictions.

can be paid using normal means of payment.
– The voucher cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
– Gift certificates are not transferable or assignable.
– In the event of spontaneous returns or cancellations, i.e. not dependent on INVENTADESIGN, the
Gift certificates will not be refundable.
– To redeem the gift voucher you must log in or register on
